Do we accept personal checks?

We do accept personal checks, but your order will not be shipped until your check clears.  This typically takes 2–5 business days after the check is received.  If you have any questions or would like to check the status of your payment, please contact customer service.

How do I know what size anklet I need?

Everyone is different.  9", 10", 10 1/2", etc.  You should be able to flex your ankle when wearing your anklet, and it should sit below your ankle bone .  You can order any size by clicking the customer service link.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.  Please contact us for an RMA number.  

By submitting an order you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Return Policy.  

All applicable shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, or an incorrect item was received due to shipper error. 

Damaged or defective.

In the event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department.  If an item was damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be handled through the carrier.

Do we make custom sizes?

Yes, even though we stock most of our anklets in 10",  you can order them in any size.  Just contact us for the difference in price.

Can I Cancel an Item or Order?

In stock items can be canceled the same day as ordered, prior to the shipping deadline. Backordered items can be canceled at any time before they are shipped. This does not include special orders, which are not cancelable for any reason.
